Rooms
Rainbow Mountain Resort is a very special place.
It is NOT, however, a new and modern place.
Rustic is a kind word, as are charming and eclectic.
As you consider which type of room is right for you, ponder the following four variables: private versus shared bathroom, ceiling fan versus air conditioning, baseboard heat in an insulated building versus a space heater in a seasonal cabin, and television versus no television.

What do you get for all that money?
Rates include a four-course gourmet dinner daily, starting on the evening of your arrival (dinner is served from 5:30 to 9:30 pm, Sunday through Thursday; and from 5:30 to 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday), and a full American breakfast daily (served from 9:00 am to 12 noon), including the morning of your departure.
Rates include all taxes and a minimal gratuity for wait staff.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Double rate is for two people in a room.
Single rate is for one person in a room.
No refunds for meals not eaten. Minimum stays are required.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 1:00 pm .
Rainbow Mountain Resort is privately owned and
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Adults only.
Pets only permitted in pet-friendly rooms.
A deposit of $100 is required to hold a reservation. The deposit must be received within 10 days of making the reservation, or the reservation will be canceled without notice. Deposits made by personal check must be received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. The deposit is applied to the last day of your scheduled stay (that means, if you get here and leave earlier than your scheduled departure date, you lose the $100.00 deposit).
The balance is due on arrival in cash, debit/credit card, or traveler’s check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Cancellation Policy
There is NO REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT if we are notified of your cancellation less than 7 days prior to your arrival date. If we are notified of your cancellation more than 7 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded MINUS A $20.00 CANCELLATION CHARGE.
